4. Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom jewelry, custom grillz, engraved items, and personalized products are made specifically for the customer and are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, specifications, and customization details.

5. Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. Time Machine Kiosk reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or unauthorized transactions.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Time Machine Kiosk is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
