Refund & Return Policy

At Time Machine Kiosk, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of custom jewelry, diamonds, gold products, grillz, and personalized items, the following policy applies to all purchases.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-made jewelry, custom grillz, engraved items, special-order products, and personalized merchandise are non-refundable and non-returnable under all circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify Time Machine Kiosk within 48 hours of delivery by emailing customer support with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom jewelry

  • Diamond jewelry

  • Gold jewelry

  • Grillz

  • Personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, resizing, or damage after delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production or shipment begins. Once production, customization, or shipping has started, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Shipping Issues

Time Machine Kiosk is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances beyond our control.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Time Machine Kiosk directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested with supporting documentation.

Limitation of Liability

Time Machine Kiosk's maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
